About the role:

Location: Curitiba, BR

 

The role is part of the Aftermarket Commercial team in Brazil and collaborates closely with Latin America functions to ensure alignment, governance, and performance. Based in Curitiba, Paraná, it reports directly to the Head of Parts Commercial.

 

The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for strengthening Volvo Construction Equipment’s dealer network enhancing operational performance by managing aftermarket parts revenue and profitability. This position plays a key role in data-driven and commercial governance strategies, result-oriented contributing directly to the organization’s strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Management and Market Development

  • Develop and execute sales plans for parts and connectivity services, aligned with corporate goals.
  • Monitor, analyze and deliver key business KPIs such as parts revenue, sell-in, sell-out, penetration and margins.
  • Manage strategic accounts by performing needs assessments through connectivity data to develop personalized and predictive solutions.
  • Promote sales training, predictive analysis and creating tools to boost sales.
  • Drive genuine parts sales by building product value and total cost of ownership benefits to customers. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers for market analysis, inventory and sales governance, lead and implement incentive programs and commercial campaigns to enhance the dealers’ performance supporting business growth.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly strategic reports, anticipating demands and mitigating identified risks.

 

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Represent the company at relevant trade fairs, events and conferences to prospect business, networking, market intelligence and promote the brand.
  • Collaboration with other internal areas providing market information to increase product and service portfolio.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in B2B environment and  direct customers interactions, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction machinery sector with a focus on aftersales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. MBA or specialization in Sales, Management or Business Intelligence is a plus.
  • Analytics/Data-Driven experience, ability to transform data into insights and actions to ensure business performance.
  • Performance orientation: demonstrated ability to deliver tangible and measurable results in competitive business environments by exceeding targets.
  • High proactivity and a sense of urgency to transform opportunities into realized businesses.
  • Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal relationships and commercial mindset. Ability to interact with different customers profiles.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.
  • English communication skills, advanced level is desirable.
  • Availability to travel, over 70% of the time to cover the region of operation.
