Your Mission
The Logistic Assistant's role in digital transformation is to be protagonist in the digitalization journey, being part of the team that will build data management ways of working to support Digital Transformation in the transport and package operations areas.
What you will do:
- System applications development according to the transportation and package operations areas requirements, in order to optimize the activities and improve the quality of the deliverables using digitalization.
- Support the data governance of the area, to secure the data availability, quality and security.
- Support other team members on developing new tools, bringing new insights about new technologies to solve the challenges related to the business.
- Act as an ambassador of digitalization best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Digital Product Managers, Project Managers and Business Stakeholders to fulfill the business requirements using technology.
- Create new and maintain existing Business critical BI reports and Dashboards.
- Design and maintain data systems and databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvements and implement that cross functionally.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python and VBA for data processing and automation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Adaptability and ability to drive tasks by yourself and/or in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identify and address product risks and challenges.
- Knowledge in methodologies for problem solving and continuous improvement, such as Kaizen and PDCA.
- Completed degree or currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, software development, or a related field.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Completed courses in development using Microsoft Power Platform tools, Python and VBA are desirable.
