About Us

As a Business Controller, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, controlling, and reporting financial performance. You’ll work closely and cross-functionally with the commercial teams, support strategic decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes. If you're driven by data, passionate about business, and eager to make a real impact—this is your opportunity. 

What you will do

  • Analyze and report financial performance across business areas
  • Support sales teams with commercial and financial insights
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform detailed variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual)
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business performance
  • Enhance financial reporting and data visualization tools
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to the Managing Director and CFO

  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy
  • Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to handle large datasets
  • Clear and confident communicator

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Control or Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with SAP R/3, VGCS, Essbase and BI tools is nice to have
