About us:
As a Business Controller, on professional level, you will act as a strategic finance partner to the business, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring financial performance through strong planning, analysis, and control.
You’ll work closely and cross-functionally with the commercial teams, driving performance, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
This role requires a combination of analytical strength, business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

What you will do:
- provide financial guidance and analysis to generate positive financial results
- employ a continuous improvement mindset in creating improvement solutions within assigned business areas and Business Control
- take active role with departmental budgeting, monthly estimating and gap analysis between actual and planned results
- ensure accurate and on time reporting in accordance with internal audit and financial policy guidelines
- collect data, perform analysis and report key performance indicators, recognize patterns in data, information and events, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendations for action
- provide financial expertise on projects and business cases
- perform economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.

- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail and ability to manage large and complex datasets

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Strong experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with SAP R/3, VGCS, Essbase and BI tools
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools is necessary
