We are a cross functional team developing solutions that add value and are focused on our customer’s needs. The Customer Adaptation team is located in Curitiba, with a good networking not only locally but also globally. We support each other and we strive daily at improving our collective efficiency and processes.
As a CA analyst, you will deal with cross functional projects at the CA team in Group Trucks Operations (GTO). Project teams are formed with up to 10 cross functional associates that represent an end-to-end process flow inside the organization.
Along with the team you will develop products that meet Customer Adaptations requests and secure GTO commitments on Safety, Quality, Deliveries and Costs using the VPS and Agile Methodologies.
Who are you?
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or correlated fields
• Preferred 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in product projects or in the CA processes
• PMP is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in SAFe Agile
• Experience in working close to an operation environment is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, team coordination, written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in risk and change management
Competences
• Ability to oversee, coordinate, juggle multiple tasks and meet tough deadlines
• Abilities to prioritize and solve problems
• Good negotiation skills
• Good planning, anticipation, and proactivity skills
