We are looking for a person to embark with us on a journey of change!
This opportunity is for the international customer service area at the Volvo Distribution Center in São José dos Pinhais.
The focus will be on working in the relationship with private importers, and Volvo Group distribution centers, located on different continents.

The voice of the customer today is a matter of business sustainability, so you will have the responsibility to process it within Volvo and provide fast and robust solutions! This will reflect positively on the brand's consumers in the international market.
This role is critical in capturing the voice of the customer and striving to provide the best possible service, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations

Responsibilities:
- Resolve inquiries, deviations, and requests efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution;
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all supported channels;
- Resolve customer issues, process requests, and escalate complex cases when necessary;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using available resources and tools;
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system;
- Maintain clear and complete records to support internal reporting and analysis;
- Escalate unresolved issues or service gaps to team leaders or specialists, following established protocols;
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, service procedures, system updates, and technological trends;
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes, tools and customer needs;
- Monitor the shipments of spare parts from Belgium and USA, acting on deviations and practicing continuous improvement;
- Follow the order status, availability regarding customers orders and process of quality claims as discrepancies and shipping needs such as tracking number, invoices and export documents;
- Execute Kaizens positively impacting our customers.
Requirements:
- Complete degree (Administration/ Engineering/ Economics/ Foreign Trade);
- Fluent English and Spanish;
- Assertive and empathetic communication, good interpersonal relationships;
- Work with organization and a sense of prioritization;
- Analytical profile and action plan oriented;
- Desirable knowledge of parts logistics.
