What will you be doing:

Working with some of the world’s most iconic brands and being part of a reputation that has been built over a century. You will be taking the lead in driving Retail, Competence Development and Innovation areas. This position will be based in Curitiba, Paraná and will report to the Head of Sales Region in Latin America.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and empower a high-performance team located in Brazil and Hispanic-speaking Latin America countries.
  • Develop and grow the dealership network: Develop the current dealer network to the expected level, to achieve agreed regional objectives. Identify, nominate and integrate new dealerships in current and potential markets to expand company’s presence.
  • Shape and execute retail strategies that include proper use of branding, distribution footprint, machines and Customer Support Products sales and related inventory, as well as marketing plans to drive customer satisfaction and company revenue, market share and profitability.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze dealers’ sales data, processes and KPIs, competence status and market trends to identify improvement areas to drive pragmatic operational business plans.
  • Market Analysis: lead market assessments to identify opportunities, evaluate competitor activities, and adjust strategies to ensure dynamic competitive positioning for the company.
  • Negotiation and Partnerships: Negotiate distribution contracts in existing and new markets in accordance with and in full compliance with regional and global laws and regulations, aiming for sustainable and compliant business expansion.
  • Develop and implement processes for managing technical and commercial competencies across the entire distribution network and internal areas of the company, aiming to ensure the necessary knowledge and know how to meet all business objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate on cross-functional innovation projects: on initiatives for accelerating growth by managing innovation on focused areas and competencies. Identifying new business opportunities and fostering an organizational culture of innovation.

 

Who are you?

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: senior leadership positions in Retail Management, across different distribution channels and competence development, preferably in the Construction / Agriculture machinery sectors.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performance leaders, including those located abroad.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field. Postgraduate/ MBA degree in related areas is desirable.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive results through others.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales, inventory, and market data.
  • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%).
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
