What you will do
- Schedule and manage the procurement of spare parts based on forecast, consumption history, lead time, and inventory policies.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, ensuring optimal parts’ availability.
- Track logistics performance indicators (coverage, turnover, availability, delivery precision).
- Track suppliers’ performance and manage deviations to guarantee the deliveries.
- Communicate with stakeholders such as SRM, Purchasing, Operations.
- Manage obsolete items and support technical campaigns.
- Perform criticality analyses and propose improvements in planning processes.
- Promote continuous improvement through lean thinking principles.
- Apply assertive and collaborative communication to ensure interdepartmental alignment and agile problem-solving.
What you bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or similar
- Solid experience in supply or material planning
- MRP knowledge and strong analytical mindset
- Advanced English (daily interactions with international stakeholders)
- Clear, assertive, and proactive communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Supplier relationship or negotiation background
- Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement
