This is the ideal opportunity to work for a multinational company that is undergoing a full digital transformation journey in Finance, collaborating with professionals in Brazil, Sweden, Poland, and India.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and CPC standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to the headquarters in Sweden, providing clear explanations for variances and key financial indicators.
- Map, document, and continuously improve accounting processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and standardize procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing agreed action plans.
- Perform and review general ledger reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and reliability of accounting information.
- Act as a business partner to different areas of the company, providing accounting guidance, supporting decision-making, and ensuring correct financial treatment of transactions.
- Interact and collaborate with the shared services centers in Poland and India, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with local requirements.
- Contribute to Finance digital transformation initiatives, supporting the implementation of new systems, tools, and automation solutions within the accounting area.
- Mentor and support junior team members and sharing best practices.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting (CRC active);
- Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/CPC’s);
- Strong experience in Accounting;
- Experience in preparation of financial statements;
- Expertise in Big4 audit companies or multinational companies with report;
- Very good written and spoken English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in focus). Power BI and Power Apps will be an advantage;
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage;
- Data analytical skills;
- Knowledge in AI focused in accounting is a plus;
- Problem solver approach and innovation mindset;
- Customer focus, good communication skills and teamwork attitude;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
