Volvo Trucks Adriatic South is part of the Volvo Trucks Europe Central East & East Sales Area. Our organization has in total approx. 120 employees engaged in both importer and retail activities. We are the distributor of Volvo Trucks brand in Adriatic South region and are responsible to operate fully owned workshops in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager
A people-oriented leader, with strong knowledge in change management and building organizational culture, as well as experience and proficiency in local labor legislation, Human Resources (HR) administration and compliance. Area of responsibility: Volvo Trucks Adriatic South
The main activities are:
- Ensure that HR processes operate at a high level of quality and effectiveness
- Convert business plans and strategies into aligned HR plans and actions
- Provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes, policies and practices including training and competence development
- Motivate and engage our employees to grow, progress and develop
Qualifications:
- University degree in social sciences or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years HR Specialist work experience in international company environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of both operational and strategic HR processes
- Knowledge in local labor legislation
- Experience of driving recruitment processes, change management initiatives and employee engagement surveys
- Experience from working in HR and Payroll systems; specifically beneficial with electronic document flow, SAP Success Factors
- Strong communicator with good English command, verbal and written
- Retail business understanding is a merit
As a member of the management team, you will be reporting to the Managing Director.
