Il/Elle s’engage à bâtir des partenariats à long-terme avec les clients qui lui sont confiés et à assurer leur satisfaction continue en offrant un service fiable, de qualité exceptionnelle.  La raison d’être de l’équipe du Service Après-Vente est d’offrir des services de ressource et de soutien aux clients, tout au long de la vie utile de leurs véhicules Nova Bus.

CE QU’IL VOUS FAUT :
•    Baccalauréat en Génie électrique, électrotechnique, mécanique ou en électromécanique ou autre formation pertinente
•    Bilinguisme pour entretenir des relations avec des clients situées à tavers le Canada
•    3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente en génie mécanique et/ou électrique
•    Expérience en gestion de projet
•    Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier de PowerPoint et Excel
