What you will do
Volvo Group Financial Control and Accounting, Order to Cash Department in Wroclaw, is looking for candidates for the position of: Order to Cash Accountant.
Main responsibilities:
- Register and allocate incoming and outgoing transactions basing on the bank statement
- Calls customer to clarify the overdue invoices and other issues connected to the customer account
- Prepare different reports needed for daily/weekly/monthly work and on request as well
- Participate in the month end closing process
- Keeping the dialogue with partners/business and take part in the meetings
- Answer emails queries
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP FI-CO module (will be an advantage)
- Problem solver approach
- Learning ability
- Customer focus and teamwork
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
