What you will do

Role

Supports the business with operational people & culture tasks in the areas of core labor contract administration, recruitment and competence development.

Main activities and responsibilities

Core HR
•    Ensuring correctly prepared and signed employment contracts and job descriptions
•    Compilation and maintenance of employees' employment files
•    Coordination and control of the necessary information for the preparation of monthly payroll
•    Communication with the authorities if necessary;
•    Works closely with  people & culture business partner, ASK HR and local partners for payroll and HR services to ensure effective joint delivery of HR services to the assigned organizations.
Recruitment 
•    Screening, and interviewing candidates for selection and short-listing. 
•    Providing feedback to non-selected candidates 
•    Аssists with job advertising and job-posting on various job-boards. 

Competence Development
•    Secures administration and support for existing learning programs for commercial positions
•    Learn and develop Key user skills for the company learning management system Navigator
•    Participate in organization and delivery of learning events and programs such as onboarding meetings, instructor lead sessions etc.
Point of contact  
•    Coordinates responding to HR related employee inquiries received via the telephone and/or email. 
•    Provides self-service and coordinate ASK HR solutions for employees. These services may include access to HR policies, programs and initiatives; payroll check and benefits administration records; personal information updates; online employee communications content etc.

Required competencies: 
•    The HR culture requires a diplomatic, assertive and dynamic individual who is proactive in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company
•    University education with preferably humanitarian or economic background
•    IS/IT competence; Deep knowledge and experience from IS/IT systems in P&C portfolio
•    Planning and organization
•    High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives
