Location:

Aurora, ON, CA, L4G 1J5

Position Type:  Professional

Transport is at the core of modern society.  Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future?  If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

Our next chapter is in Mississauga.

In 2026, we will be transitioning our operations to Mississauga, with the team fully based there by January 2027. This is an on-site role and offers the opportunity to be part of that transition, with work taking place across both locations during 2026 based on business needs.

Flexibility during this period provides early exposure, strong visibility, and a chance to help shape how we operate in our new location.

This role serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, supporting the growth agenda for VFS Canada across Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, Nova Bus and Prevost Bus.  The role focuses on strengthening sales effectiveness, accelerating revenue growth, and enhancing customer offerings through thoughtful program design, market insight, and cross-functional execution.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position plays a critical role in shaping business development strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and driving initiatives that span brands, regions, and functions. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and brand partners. It provides the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the evolution of VFS Canada during a period of transformation.

  • Collaborate with VFS USA on marketing strategies, promotions, and alignment of national initiatives.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the VFS Canada customer experience.
  • Design and implement a finance training strategy for dealers to strengthen retail sales capability and product understanding.
  • Coordinate and execute events and strategic meetings in partnership with the Executive Management Team, brand partners, and external vendors.
  • Support executive-level presentations, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives as required.
  • Travel within Canada and occasionally to U.S. headquarters and industry events

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated success translating market insight into actionable programs and measurable results.
  • Experience designing and launching programs that create value for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous people leadership or team leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
