What you will do

At Trucks Technology and Industrial Division, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

You will contribute to the development of system solutions and advanced functionalities in the areas of Vehicle Safety, Vehicle Dynamics, Driver Assistance Systems and Vehicle Automation.

Your Future Team

You will be part of the Motion Estimation and Vehicle Automation team, responsible for the development, verification, and maintenance of software across multiple generations of heavy-duty trucks. The team focuses on delivering robust and scalable software solutions that enable autonomous driving capabilities while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

As the automotive industry transitions toward Battery Electric Vehicles and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles, the Motion Estimation and Vehicle Automation team develops advanced control systems that address the evolving challenges of vehicle automation and next-generation mobility.

Who are you?

Technical Competence and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in automotive software development, verification, or validation.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, C#, and Python.
  • Good understanding of embedded systems, automotive communication protocols, and truck electrical/electronic architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of AUTOSAR, automotive systems, software verification and validation concepts, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and requirements/configuration management tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
