Job Description:

 

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Simulation Engineer to join our team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects in Multi Body Dynamics (MBD).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Performing kinematic and compliance analysis of mechanisms in Adams/View to identify preliminary design gaps.

- Developing, maintaining, and utilizing vehicle-level, cab-level, and component-level MBD models to support the cab design and development cycle.

- Executing load calculations in Adams/View for durability and abusive component-level load cases.

- Conducting full vehicle load calculations using Adams/Car.

- Working with CAD data in Ansa to extract the design inputs necessary for Adams simulations.

- Running durability calculations using Nastran and Ansa for flex body generation.

- Utilizing testing data for correlation analysis, which will be an advantage.

- Familiarity with Glyphworks is a plus.

- Collaborating in a global, multicultural environment with opportunities to engage in the complete product development life cycle.

 

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

 

Domain Expertise/Skill Sets:

- Minimum of 2 years of CAE experience in product development within the automotive industry.

- Highly proficient in Adams/View and Adams/Car, with a strong understanding of all modelling elements.

- Working knowledge of MSC Nastran and Ansa is preferred.

- Product knowledge in trucks, automobiles, or construction equipment is desirable.

- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly, teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills.
