Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with a team of developers, DPO, DPM, DPAO and solution architects to maintain and enhance our applications.

You are passionate about Business Analysis and Solution Engineering following best practices. Comfortable working in agile environments, embracing change and continuous improvement. Your transparent, committed, and reliable nature builds trust among colleagues and customers. You have a strong desire to learn and adapt, thriving in a changing world. Possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is second nature to you.
You have the ability to work in a changing environment and demonstrate a strong team spirit while being interested in understanding business processes.
Essential Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer/Business Analyst
Practical experience in documenting the requirements based on Agile methodology
Experience in designing solutions, able to understand business needs and translate them into user stories, functional and technical specifications, demonstrating strong knowledge and experience in requirements breakdown, prioritization, and classification
The ability to effectively challenge business stakeholders thinking in a positive and constructive way
Proactive and driven with high perseverance
Strong problem-solving skills, identifying, structuring, monitoring, and delivering results
Ability to effectively communicate with team members in multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams
Sound knowledge on the Purchasing Processes
Experience in the automobile industry would be an added advantage
