Job Summary:
- Responsible for identifying training needs, developing and providing technical training courses for company’s customers and employees so as to ensure that they perform their job duties efficiently, effectively and safely
- Conducts Volvo CE Product Trainings for all range available including Electric machines
- Management of training calenders
- Raise commercial competence levels of front line aftermarket team in dealer network.
- To collaborate with Market Area aftermarket team to ensure competency requirements of the dealerships are aligned & deliver technical training to dealer staff as per Volvo norms
- Ensuring dealer trainer availablity at each dealerhsip and their reviews
- Dealer Competence development audit for all dealerships in Region India
- Customer centre activitites and representation in Hoskote Managment comitee.
- Managing all the Veida related activity for Region India
- Support the events in the Customer center
- Conduct MASTERs event
- Researches and evaluates the technical content of the training material, updates and improves all training material, aids and facilities as per new requirements.
- Prepares and submits required reports and feedback (including statistics and progress report for the trainees) .
- Develops required training materials for eg. Course outline, background material, training aids etc
- Delivers training to the required standard to fully meet the requirements and needs of the employees, customers and dealers
- Conducts post training evaluations to assess technical competency level of dealers and provide feedback to line supervisors
- Publishing Comeptence development dashoboard on monthly basis
- Conduct all the competence boost programs
- Support in Boots ON activity
- Conduct techincal competence assement for the team
- Conudct live and hybrid mode of training

Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
- Engineer (Mechanical) with 6 - 8 years or Diploma with 8 - 10 years of work experience in service area in the construction equipment industry.
- Expertise on training and related processes
- Strong basic technical knowledge
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
