Dealer Dev & Sales Competence Manager

Job Summary:

 

  • Main objective of the role is effective dealer management on various strategic initiatives across Dealerships
  • Drive Partnership Development Program (PDP) cross functionally within Dealerships
  • Drive dealer digitization intitiatives
  • Participate in  tactical review meetings to strengthen and leverage Dealers Operations Efficiency
  • Drive Sales competence boost initiatives for dealership team
  • Map present Sales competencies & collect and collate entire dealer data and maintain quarterly  
  • Work constantly with all dealers sales team and Trainers for identification of the training needs and mapping them

 

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities 

 

  • Formalise and document dealer appointments, separations, and management of statutory agreements
  • Management and implementation of Partner connect 2.0 including DSC audits and publishing of results and actions items for improvements
  • Maintenance of dealership infrastructure information and financial reporting in Partner connect
  • Management of Salesforce CRM implementation, maintenance and utilization.
  • Planning of Annual partnership development programs, review and implementation of PDP actions points and related follow-up
  • Planning and execution of Annual and Midyear dealer meets
  • Monitor adequacy of Dealerships Sales organization
  • Plan and implement Sales competence building (TNI and training calendar)
  • Sales trainings management and implementation in coordination with Sales support Managers and vendors for soft skills
  • Management of Gold star programs (Sales/Uptime & Parts)
  • IESC skilling initiatives to boost competence
  • Implementation of global processes including Retail for tomorrow/Responsible Sales
  • Responsible for organizational statutory compliances (for eg .ISO standards for S&M)

 

Required knowledge & experience:

 

Education/Professional Qualifications/Key skills required for the position:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 10 years or more of dealer management experience in construction Equipment or similar industry
  • A strong understanding of the industry and how a dealership operates is required
  • Experience of conducting reviews and dealer evaluations
  • Proven ability in project management – keeping several projects moving at once.
  • Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies
  • Demonstrate ability to Independently learn complex methodologies effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively

 

Additional Important Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present Information effectively to dealerships and management.
