Job Description

Technical Lead – Digital Deliveries, Accounting Services
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
•Take full ownership of solution design and architecture across automation and analytics platforms.
•Collaborate with developers to ensure best practices in architecture, coding, and performance are followed.
•Lead and conduct solution design reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
•Perform security and compliance reviews of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines.
•Support the team in troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing architectural and hands-on guidance.
•Act as a technical advisor during scrum ceremonies, including grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
•Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
•Design scalable, reusable solutions using UiPath, .NET, Power Platforms, MS SQL and Alteryx.
•Ensure smooth integration across systems, with attention to data integrity and performance.
•Keep documentation updated and contribute to reusable design patterns.
•Stay updated on industry trends and guide the team in adopting new technologies and practices.
•Manage Proof of Concepts to help the business & recognize the feasibility of an automated solution including latest technologies.
•Enforce design and coding standards, policies and ensures documentation is well done.
•Have knowledge of new & ongoing technologies and where applicable, advice the team to take advantage of it.

Required Skills & Experience:
•7+ years of relevant experience and 3 years or more in a solution design role.
•Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree or equivalent with a good academic record.
•Must have delivered end to end automation projects using latest new age technologies.
•Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, especially around general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
•Must have strong communication skills to be able to convey messages to clients and team members.
•Stronghold on project tools such as MS Devops, JIRA, Confluence etc along with SDLC and Scrum methodologies.
•Must have ability to effectively delegate responsibilities, handle conflicts, evaluate performances and coach team members to help them improve their skills.
•Proven experience in solution architecture and design, especially in application development, automation, data and cloud environments.
▪UiPath (RE-Framework, orchestrator, Document Scanning, Security, Best practices)
▪NET technologies (C#, Angular Framework, SQL, REST APIs, Integration services)
▪Power Platforms (Automate, Apps, BI, Pages)
▪Alteryx (Server, workflow automation, data transformation)
▪Azure Cloud services and solutions
•Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance aspects of enterprise solutions.
•Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Skilled in problem solving and debugging complex issues with a proactive, hands-on approach.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing as a solution lead and mentor.


Preferred Qualifications:
•Exposure to finance and accounting processes and systems.
•Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management.
•Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and API management.
