Job Description:
- People operation team is central team deliver services to all business through Shared service model
- Hr data and employee Data Management of Employees on SF & ESSIN
- Personal files administration
- Leave and attendance Management
- Preparing Attrition reports
- Employee hiring on SF ( success actors) & ESSIN
- Employees exit formalities Administration
- Managing employees' rewards Administration (ex. Long service etc )
- Maintaining monthly muster report for statutory compliance & Prepare compliance reports
- Preparing overtime report form 9
- Preparation of Monthly input to payroll
- Group Medical Insurance administration
- Managing employee queries on HR operations area
