Accounting Services has in cooperation with Group IT established a Centre of Excellence to deliver solutions, utilizing Robotic Process Automation and Analytics within Finance and Administration. We are now looking for Power BI Developer to further strengthen our team.
In this role, you will be accountable for designing, developing, and deploying outstanding visualizations and reports to interrogate our data sets and provide business insight. You will be passionate about data visualization, working daily to ensure the successful, on-time, delivery of high-quality data visibility. You will be part of the project life cycle from business requirement analysis to deployment in production. As we keep developing our portfolio of technology and strive to find new innovations, you will also be expected to continuously learn and develop your competence in new fields.


Mandatory, proven competence and experience
•Developer with experience on developing reports/dashboards on Microsoft Power BI
•Extensive experience in writing DAX formulae, data formatting on Power BI desktop
•Ability to define a data model, data flows, create and customize visualizations, hierarchies and drill-down
•Ability to create and deploy reports/dashboards on Power BI service portal
•Ability to conduct complex analysis, develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner
•Advanced Excel experience in Data Visualization, Power Pivots, Power Query, Excel VBA – Macro
•Medium to strong MS SQL querying and programming skills
•Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support a quality deliverable
•Work with the internal team to ensure the best functioning front-end experience for users as enabled by our platform
•Independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team/ Project Manager
•Effective written and verbal communication skills


Preferred experience
•Knowledge of Power BI License model
•Hands on ETL experience in Alteryx/SSIS
•Exposure to Agile methodology Projects & use of JIRA tool


Minimum Years of Experience Required
•3-4 years of data & analytics and reporting experience (Microsoft background preferred)
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development and design of PowerBI, PowerApps applications


Minimum Education Required
•Bachelor/Master of Engineering graduate degree or equivalent with a good academic record
