The program offers a 9-month assignment and provides participants with access to professional development opportunities, mentorship from a business leader, and the chance to work with diverse teams across functions, technologies, and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using UiPath.
•Ensure automation solutions are stable, performant, and supported by effective queue management, logging, monitoring, and error reporting.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
•Standardize and implement RPA best practices to optimize process efficiency.
•Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
•Create and maintain documentation for automated processes, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and test cases.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing project status updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Technical Skills and Expertise:
•Expertise in designing complex workflows, including sequences, flowcharts, and state machines.
•Proficient in managing Orchestrator, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting bots.
•Skilled in automating interactions across user interfaces, selectors, desktop applications, web browsers, images, and virtual environments.
•Experience integrating UiPath with REST and SOAP APIs to automate processes involving web services.
•Advanced skills in automating Excel operations, including data extraction, manipulation, and report generation.
•Experience connecting UiPath with SQL databases for data retrieval, data updates, and complex queries.
•Expertise in implementing error-handling and exception-management mechanisms within workflows.
•Knowledge of designing retry logic and recovery sequences to improve bot resilience and reliability.
•Proficient in using Git, TFS, or other version control systems to manage code and support collaboration.
•Experience in optimizing bot performance, reducing execution time, and improving resource utilization.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development.
•Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
