Position Description: Electromagnetic Simulation Engineer - Thermal & Electrical Simulation, Simulation & Data, Electromobility
We are currently looking for passionate engineer to join Electromobility team in the Electrical Simulation domain for Energy Storage System Battery Packs.
Key Responsibilities are:

Perform 3D Finite element electrostatic and electromagnetic(EMI/EMC) simulation for electric vehicle components (Eg: Energy storage system, E-Motor, DC-DC)

Model the component CAD, perform simulations and validate results against experimental data to improve simulation confidence

Collaborate with system engineers to integrate electromagnetic designs with overall system requirements.

Analyze simulation outputs to improve the design and propose solutions.
Required skills and experience:

Electrical/Electronics Engineering Post-Graduate or equivalent education.

Strong domain knowledge in electromagnetic domain required.

Simulation tool experience of Ansys Maxwell and COMSOL preferred along with any CAD tool experience

At least 3+ years of experience within electrical simulation domain within automotive industry for an OEM or a supplier

Excellent communication skills to convey the simulation outputs to global stakeholders
