About NATS Apprenticeship Program:
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it's a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program.
Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst in the Aftersales team, you will be responsible for analysing data from various sources in Parts, Warehouse system, product support, and digital services & D&IT team. You will work closely with different stakeholders to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that will enhance our aftersales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including sales, service records, customer feedback, and digital platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all sources.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform detailed analysis of aftersales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Insights and Recommendations:
- Analyze parts marketing data to understand demand patterns and optimize inventory management.
- Support product support teams by identifying common issues and recommending preventive measures.
- Work with the digital services team to analyze customer usage data and suggest improvements to digital platforms and services.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with parts marketing, product support, and digital services teams to understand their data needs and objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and aftersales services.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of data analysis methodologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics , Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the automotive or heavy machinery industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
