About NATS Apprenticeship Program:
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it's a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program
The Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) will undergo structured training under the Apprenticeship program to gain practical exposure and hands-on experience in assigned departments. The trainee will support day-to-day operations, learn organizational processes, and develop technical and professional skills required for future career growth.
Position Title: Graduate Apprentice Trainee – Assembly
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
- Assembly Line setup and Preparation.
- Team board Management (SQDCEP).
- Daily Audits and Gap points clearance.
- Leading Autonomous teams.
- Employee involvement activities.
- Change point Management(4M)
- RCA and Countermeasures for 4M issues.
- Continuous Improvement.
- Projects
- Assist in daily departmental operations and assigned projects
- Learn and apply technical knowledge in practical scenarios
- Support documentation, reporting, and data analysis tasks
- Coordinate with team members for project execution
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance standards
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and review meetings
- Prepare progress reports and submit learning updates to supervisors
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Production)
