ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
This role is designed for fresh graduates stepping into the Construction Equipment industry for the first time. The program aims to provide hands-on experience, product knowledge, and exposure to real-time customer interactions while supporting Volvo CE and dealership business objectives.
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Support the dealer sales team in day-to-day sales activities and field operations
Assist in monthly sales forecasting and tracking sales leads
Gain detailed product knowledge of Volvo construction equipment
Participate in customer meetings and site visits with senior sales staff
Learn to build customer relationships and handle basic queries
Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer needs
Support execution of local marketing initiatives and promotions
Work with product support teams to understand aftermarket services
Capture learnings and insights from field visits for reporting and training
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
Willingness to travel and work in field environments
Team player with proactive approach
Basic understanding of construction equipment applications
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Degree in:
Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) OR
Business Management (Marketing / Sales)
