About NATS Apprenticeship Program:
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it's a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program
Job Title: Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Product Quality)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in quality planning, testing, and inspection of products
- Conduct quality audits and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply quality management principles and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Engineering degree in a relevant field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Basic knowledge of quality management principles and tools (desirable)
