Role Summary
Entry-level role responsible for monitoring customer open calls, coordinating with dealerships and internal teams and supporting warranty data analysis. The position works closely with the Head of Product Support to ensure timely issue resolution and improved uptime.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Call Monitoring
- Track and analyze open customer complaints/calls
- Monitor ageing, critical cases, and follow up for closure
Dealer Coordination
- Connect with dealerships to obtain latest status of open calls
- Identify delays and ensure timely updates and actions
War Room Updates
- Consolidate and present daily call status in war room
- Highlight:

- Critical & ageing cases
- Repeat failures
- Issues needing stakeholder action
Parts Coordination
- Follow up with parts team for availability & dispatch status
- Ensure no delays due to parts shortage
Warranty Analysis
- Analyze warranty failure data & trends
- Prepare reports on:

- Repeat failures
- Component issues
Goodwill Tracking
- Monitor goodwill approval status at HO
- Follow up for approval & system regularization
Reporting
- Share daily/weekly reports on:

- Open calls & ageing
- Warranty failures
- Goodwill status
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Head of Product Support
- Coordinate with service, parts, warranty, and dealer teams
Eligibility
- B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Automobile preferred) -2024 &2025 Pass outs only
Skills Required
- Good communication & follow-up skills
- Basic analytical ability
- MS Excel (basic reporting)
- Coordination & problem-solving mindset
