About NATS Apprenticeship Program:
 
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. it's a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program.
 
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering 
 
Experience: Fresher 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Profile Market, Application Segments, Customer database and competitive environment, providing insights that support strategic decision-making and for use in internal presentations by management
• Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, sales volumes, market share (Icema), growth projections, price positioning and trends, market forces, methods of distribution, marketing initiatives.
• Performs thorough, systematic analysis of the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; Industry trends, customers; current and potential competitors.
• Provides periodic market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the management to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation.
• Supplies the market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively makes recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
• Develops & manages Self-service automated reporting portal on market and business intelligence by consistently managing the dataflow.
• Collaborates internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research
• Identify, collect, and analyze appropriate Customer data-Persona, Application segments, profiles, fleet size, present and future potential etc.
• Support Product managers for short term and long terms product plans and identify product gaps & growth opportunities in line with strategic objectives
• Coordination with external agencies, Off highway Reports, Icema and others for smooth flow of information and reports.
• Participates and represent in Global Business Intelligence forums and cascade inputs to India team .
• Supports Head-P&RD in pricing strategy, implementation and documentation.
• Work closely with the Finance and IT team on equipment price management and reporting and Retail finance programs and relevant tools.
• Engagement with External Financers for customizing the retail programs, document, secure approvals and support dealers in Equipment and Attachment Finance.
