Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power Management and Systems Lab Technician. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates with a background in electrical or electronics engineering. You will support the development and testing of advanced automotive low voltage power management systems, including DC-DC converters, battery management units etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup and execution of electrical tests on automotive low voltage power management components and subsystems.
  • Operate lab instruments including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads
  • Support engineers in collecting, documenting, and analyzing test data for product validation and troubleshooting.
  • Help build test fixtures, harnesses, and prototype assemblies based on wiring diagrams or schematics.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lab environment in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
  • Perform harness continuity checks, insulation resistance checks and pin -to -pin verification on custom breakout and CAN panels.
  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment under supervision.
  • Follow periodic maintenance schedules
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on testing observations and outcomes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering

Skills:

Technical

  • Good understanding of Electrical and Electronics systems
  • Good knowledge on Control Systems
  • Hands-on experience with electronic lab equipment (can be through academic labs or internships)
  • Familiarity with circuit schematics and basic wiring practices.
  • Interest in electric vehicles, hybrid systems, or automotive power electronics is a merit
  • Good in basics of battery technologies

Interpersonal

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Systemic and Organized 
  • Ability to follow procedures and take initiative when troubleshooting.
