About the NATS Program:
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth in Trade disciplines. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973; Volvo Group offers Graduate,a practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) based skilling opportunities with duration of 1 year.
Qualifications & Experience:
Use standard tools and processes effectively to manage Identity & Access Management for Portals & Applications.
Manage requests coming to the Functional Mailboxes by registering requests in our case management tool ServiceNOW
Solve Access Management requests such as Creation & Modification of users to different Portals & Applications
adhering to the defined processes
Actively engage with peers, leads, Subject Matter Experts, to resolve any gaps.
Review & Follow-up on the status of active requests & ensure resolution of requests by having an ownership mindset
Accurate and timely reporting of progress, escalations and report status to the team leader.
Generate reports if necessary.
