About NATS Apprenticeship Program:
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skills development opportunities within the company’s various functions under Financial Services. It’s a way for Volvo to train future workforce members through a structured apprenticeship program
Key Responsibilities:
- Retiral benefits administration
- FBP Claims administration
- Payroll administration
- EDM Administration

- Employee Files Hardcopy Scanning & sending it to his/her Official Email ID
- Convert scanned documents into EDM tickets
- Process and resolve tickets by uploading documents to the EDM database through the ASK HR platform
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation throughout the process
Training:
- On-the-job training will be provided by the team
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow process guidelines
Qualification
- B Com Graduates, (2024, 2025 and 2026 pass out only)

- Parin Building – 5th Floor
