Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Year of Graduation: 2023, 2024, or 2025/26
- Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) .
Fresher: With strong Engineering Basics, Optional CAD knowledge, FEM, Tooling and Manufacturing, Basic Automation (AI/ML)
Roles and responsibility:
Concept creation as per prerequisites: QDCF
- Conceptual thinking.
- Multi material assemblies.
- Considering stake holders requirements.
Knowledge of Plastic/ Sheetmetal part manufacturing Process.
- Tooling, Injection, Blow moulding, Vacuum forming.
- Press tool, blanking and forming
- Plastic part/Sheetmetal design consideration.
- Plastic//Sheetmetal parts secondary operations.
- Knowledge about proto manufacturing methods.
Proficiency in CATIA V5/Creo is optional.
- Part modelling<>Surfacing<>Assembly<>Drawing and detailing and Assemblies.
- Geometry: Draft analysis, Plastic part tolerancing, GD&T applications.
Competency.
- Mechanical Engineer/Automotive Engineer
- Preferred Good knowledge in CAD tools.
- Good command over MS Office tools
- Knowledge in written and spoken English is a must.
