We are now looking for a Group Manager that can get in the driver seat of our Systems, Integration and Verification group.

Position Description
The main purpose and mission of the Systems, Integration and Verification Group is to perform Systems engineering for our Connectivity Platforms defining requirements and new solution concepts, handle the Cybersecurity aspects for the platform, and the End-to-End Verification (Manual and Automation) of the Connectivity solutions, for all the internally developed software of Volvo Groups Connectivity Platforms of Volvo Group (generation of Telematics Gateways - TGW2.x and TGW3.x).
The mission is to:
- Perform Systems Engineering for the Connectivity Platforms, creating new Solutions/Concepts, defining detailed requirements and System Design for the Advanced Telematics solutions.
- Bridging the gap of business requirement with development teams.
- Product Cybersecurity Risks screening and Mitigation, Vulnerability Management, TARA analysis etc of our Products and End User Functions. to strengthen the quality of our products from cybersecurity perspective.
- Test deliveries on the real products, in real ecosystem from the End-to-End perspective using Manual and Test Automation Strategies in Lab Test Setups and Vehicle environments, connecting both on-board and off-board solutions.
- Host the EPIC Owners of our Connectivity Platforms handling EPICs and Capabilities of the generation of Telematics Gateways - TGW2.x and TGW3.x
- Lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to achieve the objectives stated in the strategic action plan.
- Lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are used by the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to achieve the objectives stated in the strategic action plan.
- Ensure that the hardware, CI platform, end-to-end testing, systems engineering, cybersecurity and release Management are managed and delivered in an optimal way.
The following qualifications are required:
- Master of Science in Computer Science, Electronics, BE / BTECH degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of managerial experience from line and people leadership
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the SW development life cycle in the truck or car industry within the area of Connected services
- Experience of agile methods, such as SAFe
- Experience from DevOps is an asset.
- Experience from development of electrical and electronic systems is an asset.
- Experience from Automotive development is an asset.
