Join our People & Culture Digitalization and People Experience team and help shape the next generation of HR technology used by employees, managers, HR Business Partners and HR professionals across the globe.
We are looking for a full-time HR Software Engineer to join our team starting 1 November 2026, with a flexible location in Bangalore, India or Wroclaw, Poland.
In this role, you will design, build and support digital HR products, automations, integrations and AI-enabled solutions. Your time will be split between delivering strategic digitalization initiatives, evolving our technology landscape and ensuring the long-term stability and continuous improvement of the solutions we own through maintenance.
Our team operates in an Agile product delivery model, led by a single Digital Product Owner responsible for product vision, prioritization and delivery outcomes. You will report functionally to the Digital Product Owner and hierarchically to the Head of Digitalization and People Experience.
The People & Culture Digitalization Team consists of four complementary areas working together to drive HR digital transformation. Business Enablement transforms business needs into solutions through business analysis, requirements management and product support. Digital Delivery, the team this role belongs to, designs, develops, maintains and continuously improves digital products, automations and integrations across the HR technology landscape. Process Excellence ensures HR processes are designed, standardized and optimized before being digitalized. Finally, the Poland Digitalization Team focuses on local digitalization initiatives, compliance requirements and country-specific solutions. While the Poland Digitalization Team serves local needs, the Business Enablement, Digital Delivery and Process Excellence teams operate globally.
Our technology portfolio or scope of action is centered around:
- UiPath Hyperautomation
- SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer
- Adobe Sign e-Signature Solutions
- Microsoft Power Platform
Hands-on experience with one or more of these technologies is required, as they represent the core platforms owned, developed and supported by our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and maintain digital solutions supporting People & Culture processes.
- Build secure, scalable and maintainable software products, automations and integrations.
- Configure, develop and support solutions within UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Take ownership of solutions from technical design and development through deployment, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency and service quality.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in software development, automation engineering, application configuration or digital product development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: UiPath, SAP SuccessFactors Accenture Document Composer, Adobe Sign or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices, testing methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proactive and collaborative communication style
- Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience within HR technology, People & Culture processes or Employee Services environments is considered a strong advantage.
