    • Set clear goals, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
  • Battery Testing:
    • Oversee the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing protocols for batteries and cells, including performance, safety, durability, and thermal testing.
    • Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards (e.g., UL, IEC, IEEE) and regulatory requirements.
    • Analyze test data to assess battery performance, identify failure modes, and recommend design improvements.
    • Manage laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and safety protocols.
  • 1D Simulation:
    • Lead the development and validation of 1D simulation models for battery performance, thermal behavior, and electrochemical processes.
    • Utilize simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, COMSOL, or equivalent) to predict battery behavior under various operating conditions.
    • Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate simulation results into battery design and optimization processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product development, cell design, and manufacturing teams to align testing and simulation outcomes with product requirements.
    • Provide technical insights to support the development of next-generation BESS solutions.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for testing and simulation activities.
    • Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on advancements in battery technology, testing methodologies, and simulation tools.
    • Implement best practices to improve testing accuracy, simulation reliability, and team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
