What you will do

  • Independently manage & supervise travel vendor partners, both internal & external -  operations management ,conduct reviews and address escalations.
  • To handle travel & accommodation tool independently.
  • Independently manage & supervise cafeteria vendor partners, operations management, conduct reviews and address escalations.
  • To engage & liaison with external stakeholders including government departments.
  • Independently manage & supervise Company leasing cars via vendor partner, creche facility - operations management, conduct reviews and address optimization.
  • Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records of vendor partners in scope.
  • Resolve vendor issues regarding shipments, billing, and statements, receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.
  • Handle event planning end to end covering F&B for meetings, conferences, gifting, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as needed.
