Job Summary:

 

  • Directly responsible for achieving the parts sales & Lubes target for Selected Parts
  • Responsible for driving Reman business ( Engine and Hydraulics) for Pan-India.
  • Expand new products under Reman
  • Development of New Parts Products
  • Responsible for developing Parts competence of Dealer team members

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for Launching Pan India Marketing Initiatives to increase the Parts & Lubes Penetration.
  • Responsible for Sales result of selected Parts categories including Reman Products
  • Forecasting and Prospecting for Reman Products
  • Scanning the markets to identify areas of growth, customer segments or product ideas for assigned product categories.
  • Development of dealers in sales and marketing through coaching and training
  • Provide parts related sales information of new products in order to promote parts sales
  • Drive Digitalization and Data Analytics at Dealerships
  • Visit Dealers for Business development
  • Visit to customers / prospects / Dealers for selected Parts category business and Market Intelligence
  • Extend support in Parts Sales & Marketing activities / Monthly reports
  • Prepare and submit reports / dashboards on regular intervals

 

Authorities:

 

  • Creates a business plan proposal for his area to start the planning process
  • Responsible for planning new product launch
  • Conduct and approve Schemes from Time to time

 

Accountability:

     

  • Target vs Achievement for selected Parts Categories
  • Improve penetration of selected Parts Categories

 

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in CE Industry
  • Knowledge of Spare parts Sales for Commercial Vehicle or   Construction Equipment.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good Analytical & Presentation Skills
  • Advance Excel and Power BI
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office
  • Previous experience of Channel Management & Retail Promotional Programs
  • Willing to Travel across India
