PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: -

To maximize aftermarket parts revenue and profitability through robust dealer network management, efficient supply chain coordination, customer-focused programs, and consistent stock levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

•    Develop and execute the aftermarket parts business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
•    Track, analyze, and deliver key business KPIs such as parts revenue, Gross Profit (GP), and Gross Margin (GM%).
•    Drive genuine parts sales by articulating product value, reliability, and total cost of ownership benefits to customers.
•    Manage and strengthen the dealer and OEM network with a strong focus on parts availability and customer satisfaction.
•    Plan, implement, and monitor after-sales sales campaigns to support business growth objectives.
•    Lead, guide, and support Dealers and OEMs to achieve annual sales, margin, and profitability targets.
•    Define and execute customer engagement programs in collaboration with Dealers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
•    Manage parts sales through dealer channels and direct business
•    Develop, implement, and maintain annual parts pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics for India, Nepal, and strategic accounts.
•     Oversee issuance of commercial documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial governance.
•    Conduct regular performance reviews with Parts Distribution Centres (PDC/SML) to ensure optimal inventory levels and service performance.
•    Collaborate with Business Support, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal parts availability and inventory control.
•    Guide and coach dealers on accurate parts ordering processes, system usage, and inventory management best practices.
•    Conduct dealer parts stock audits and organize aftermarket sales and technical training programs.
•    Coordinate with external suppliers and service partners to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of supply.
•    Develop and deploy aftermarket marketing materials, including brochures, demo kits, and promotional tools. & Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements across all aftermarket operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:-

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • B Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Electronics/ Automobile.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: -

  • Experience with the Industrial Market & Understand of Diesel Engine Functions.
  • Previous Parts Sales Experience.
  • Knowledge in Parts Business & Good Knowledge in Inventory handling process.
  • Experience in defining and driving Aftermarket Sales Campaigns for B2B & Retail sales channels.
  • Having financial acumen – understanding Cash flow, Payment process.
  • Good presentation and communication skills (both orally and written)
  • Sound PC skills (Microsoft packages)
  • Customer-oriented and Commercial mindset
