What you will do
At Group Trucks Technology you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
- Build, own the feature back log for the assigned products/teams to meet the product vision/road map in balance with stakeholders.
- Prioritize the feature back log based on customer value in cooperation with the Product Manager.
- Make sure the incoming bugs are prioritized and balanced towards new feature development and the development organizations current capacity.
- Support the teams in breaking down features into stories
- Lead back log refinements and keep stories and bugs in priority order for each assigned team back log.
- Ensure that the stories linked to a featurefulfills the feature content.
- Participate in sprint plannings and approve the content and priority before the sprint is started.
- Support the SW teams to remove and prevent road blocks
- Own and/or resolve issues untill closed or the right owner is identified and has accepted to be the owner of the issue
- Cooperate closely with Product manager, PPL, brand and provide input to high level roadmap and Product System Road Map.
- Set the correct state for features
- Approve, reject and close stories/bugs in the team backlog.
- Act as servant leader to enhance the EACS performance
- Support in keeping the Quality issue system status in order
Who are you?
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech with 6- 8 years of experience.
- Effective communication skills, e.g. the ability to convey the priorities, empathize and motivate team members and stakeholders
- Prior experience in Android Application development & way of working.
- Skilled at identifying stakeholder needs
- Skilled at negotiating stakeholder interests
- Ability to maintain a product, long term vision
- Product architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of E2E functionality affecting the product
- Knowledge of Scrum and agile mind set.
- Good knowledge of SW testing & verification.
- SAFe knowledgeOver-all knowledge of vehicle electrical system development and software development.
