Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and provide solutions to optimize financial operations.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide end-user training and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Project management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
