Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Senior Developer with over 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and a proven track record in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement and manage complex flows, process builders, triggers, and other advanced Salesforce automation tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, standards, and security protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative features like flows, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration with external systems (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code).
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
