About the Role
We are looking for a talented Cloud Engineer with strong knowledge in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure who can support us in our upcoming migration journey from OCI to Azure followed by a future maintenance of the same.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions that enable scalability, security, and performance across our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cloud solutions on OCI and Azure platforms.
- Implement best practices for cloud security, networking, and identity management.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Monitor and optimise cloud resources for cost efficiency and high availability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with OCI services (compute, storage, networking, IAM).
- Knowledge of Azure services (VMs, networking, security, monitoring).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Understanding of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud governance and compliance frameworks.
Desirable Qualifications
• Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Azure.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and integration patterns.
• Knowledge about Volvo integration landscape is considered a merit
