About the team:

We are the Vehicle Software Factory, a key part of Vehicle Technology at GTT, with teams in Bengaluru and Gothenburg. We take full ownership of system integration and testing, ensuring end-to-end validation of complete software deliveries across hardware and software systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Leader , you will:

  • Lead system integration planning aligned with the vehicle product roadmap.
  • Drive end-to-end software and hardware delivery coordination, ensuring the required maturity at each milestone.
  • Define and execute global test strategies in collaboration with Product test teams and product owners.
  • Monitor test object readiness, track test results, and manage validation loops effectively.
  • Communicate product status, risks, and key updates through presentations, reports, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate with Software and Hardware Product Owners, and work closely with teams across Complete Vehicle, Production, and Aftermarket globally.
  • Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, solving challenges with a pragmatic, adaptable approach.
  • Collaborate on budget planning and forecasting, working with key stakeholders and Portfolio Managers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Software, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
  • 4–6 years of experience in software project or product management.
  • Strong background in Platform E/E architecture development and experience in Agile/SAFe Way of Working.
  • Proven track record of managing complex system integration and testing projects.
  • Solid understanding of software verification, V&V methodologies, and maturity models.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
  • Valid truck driving license (preferred).
