The role
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling the team to deliver high-quality digital charging services in an agile and efficient way. You will coach and support one or more cross-functional agile teams,ensuring that Scrum and agile principles are well understood and effectively applied.
You will work in close cooperation with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Designer, and SolutionArchitect to help the team focus on delivering customer value. You will act as a servant leader, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving ways of working. You will also be one of
the key interfaces towards stakeholders within Volvo Group, supporting alignment, transparency, and
sustainable delivery.
Your responsibilities include: - Coaching the team in Scrum, agile values, and principles - Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) - Supporting backlog refinement and sprint execution together with the Product Owner - Removing impediments and helping the team stay focused on sprint goals - Promoting continuous improvement, quality, and predictable delivery - Supporting collaboration with other teams, stakeholders, and partners - Helping the organization adopt agile ways of working beyond the team level
Your Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an international environment
Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and agile methodologies
Experience working with digital products, platforms, or software development teams
Ability to coach teams and individuals, and handle conflicts constructively
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience working in large organizations or complex system landscapes is a merit
Knowledge of electrification, connected services, logistics, or mobility is an advantage but not required
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Work Location - Bangalore
Work Mode - Work from Office (All 5 days)
