Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and backend development using both .NET Framework and .NET 8. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and accessible web applications, working across the entire stack—from front-end UI to backend APIs and data processing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern user interfaces while also designing and maintaining robust backend services.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and React.js.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow industry best practices for coding standards, testing, performance, and security.
• Handle build, release, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new features, fixes, and enhancements in both non-production and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve overall code quality.

Mandatory Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BE / B.Tech / MCA).
Technical Skills
• 8–10 years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in C#, .NET MVC, and React.js.
• Deep understanding of C#, including OOP, LINQ, async programming, and best practices.
• Strong experience building ASP.NET MVC applications that are scalable and maintainable.
• Practical experience with automated unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and React ecosystem.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience using Dependency Injection frameworks such as Ninject or Unity.
• Experience in building and deploying Windows Services using .NET.
• Knowledge of enterprise messaging technologies like IBM WebSphere MQ (WMQ) and Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ).
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
Soft Skills
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams.
• Ability to review code, guide junior developers, and ensure high standards in delivery.
