What you will do

As a CX Program Developer, you will join our Global Customer Experience (CX) team, whose purpose is tocontinuously improve how Volvo Trucks captures, understands, and acts on customer feedback across thecomplete customer journey.You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Medallia platform – ensuring that Volvo Trucks remains best-in-class in customer feedback management and insights activation.You will be expected to, over time, become an expert at configuring the Medallia platform, learntechnical delivery methodologies, and build knowledge of the surrounding IT landscape. Your main role will beto work closely with the Product Owner and managers in delivering specific outputs that support Volvo Trucks’global CX ambitions.

 

Our team is responsible for shaping the strategy for how we gather and act on customer feedback across everystage of the Volvo Trucks customer journey – from sales and delivery to uptime and aftermarket services.Byconsolidating feedback into one analytics engine, we enable insights that drive tangible improvements for ourcustomers and our business.

with strong experience across the Medallia product landscape and the ability to applybest practices to strengthen our global CX capabilities

Who are you?

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in development on the Medallia platform.
  • Strong experience with the Medallia Classic Configurator for backendconfiguration and development.
  • Medallia Admin and Medallia Product Certification are mandatory.
  • Experience in designing or implementing CX platforms or customer feedback journeys.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML,CSS, and API integration.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, microservices, and distributedsystems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data manipulation andinsight generation (Excel, R, SPSS, Stata, etc.).

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Text Analytics.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience working in international teams across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing,and Agile/Scrum practices.
