Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our team. 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Production & Planning and Quality Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP PP and QM and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, WM, SD and FICO.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/QM solutions.
Configure SAP PP/QM processes for MTO & MTS scenarios 
Integrate SAP PP/QM processes with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, FICO etc.) and other non-sap systems.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system optimization and propose solutions to improve efficiency, streamline production processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. Optimize the SAP PP system to meet the specific needs of the business.  
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to production plants by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and implementing necessary enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability. 
Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM module, including FIORI interface and customization..
Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations.
Should have worked on MTO and MTS strategies. 
Working experience in configuring production and planning for manufacturing / assembly processes.
Working experience in configuring quality planning, inspection, notifications, audits, and control for manufacturing / assembly processes.
Strong understanding of quality processes in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Should have worked on at least two S4HANA projects and Roll out projects. 
Working experience in setting up integration with legacy/other SAP system via IDOC, Proxy and API.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

SAP certification in PP or QM or related modules.
Experience with SAP Fiori apps and SAP Activate methodology.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
