Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer (6–10 years) to join our high-performing integration team. The role involves building scalable APIs and integrations across Salesforce, Contact & Consent Master (CCM), and other enterprise systems. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

MuleSoft Development & Integration 

• Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub. 

• Build integrations between Salesforce, Contact & Consent Master (CCM), and other enterprise platforms. 

• Create reusable templates, frameworks, RAML specifications, and API-led connectivity layers. 

• Ensure end-to-end API lifecycle management including deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning. 

 

Requirement Analysis & Design 

• Assess technical impact of new requirements on MuleSoft, CCM, Salesforce, and upstream/downstream applications. 

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define integration solutions. 

• Support architecture discussions, integration patterns, and standards. 

 

Delivery & Collaboration 

• Plan and deliver work following Agile methodologies. 

• Support deployment pipelines, code reviews, and troubleshooting. 

• Share knowledge and best practices across global teams. 

 

Required Skills & Experience 

 

Technical Skills (Must Have) 

• 6–10 years of MuleSoft hands-on experience. 

• Strong integration experience with Contact & Consent Master (CCM). 

• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, IBM MQ. 

• API security experience (OAuth, JWT, certificates). 

• Strong DataWeave, RAML, Mule 4, JSON/XML skills. 

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Copado. 

• Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise systems. 

 

Soft Skills (Must Have) 

• Excellent written and verbal communication. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• High adaptability and willingness to learn. 

• Ownership-driven and proactive mindset. 

 

Certifications (Required) 

• MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Minimum) 

 

Good to Have 

• MuleSoft Level 2 or Platform Architect certification. 

• Java development proficiency. 

• Experience with IBM API Connect. 

• Experience with SAP or MQ integrations. 

 

Work Mode- Work from office on all 5 days
